If you've tried everything and still don't feel confident in your skin, Stacy's approach is different: it pairs in-studio treatments with a consistent homecare routine built specifically for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking an appointment is a commitment to our cancellation policy. A deposit of 50% of your booked service is required at the time of booking. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, regardless of reason. Cancellations made the day of your appointment are treated as a no-show. No-Shows: A no-show results in a full charge for the service booked. The following are also treated as no-shows: Arriving sick — you will not be eligible for services Arriving with open lesions, rashes, or contagious skin conditions Arriving with unattended children — Sitko Skin is not a safe environment for children left on their own Sending someone in your place — while books remain closed to new clients, appointments are non-transferable Late Arrivals: Arriving late will result in a modified treatment, charged at the full price of the service booked.
